Comfortable and well equipped facility in good location.

Good location on outskirts of large town. Room was very good size and kitchen area also a good size for two people. friendly and helpful host who spoke good English.

Le séjour s’est bien passé parce qu’on était tout le temps dehors mais l’appartement c’était juste pour dormir la nuit.

C’est un studio correct niveau emplacement. La piscine qui a été mis en avant et en supplément et sur réservation.

En therme de propreté, les équipements sont à revoir. Housse de protection du canapé pas très propre. Et la Clim mobile qu’il faut réadapter.

Grande déception ! Attention arnaque piscine !

Cadre globalement agréable, plutôt propre, salle de bain assez grande et fonctionnelle, grande chambre, quelques jeux pour enfants dans le jardin (balançoire, toboggan, cabane)

Annonce mensongère qui promeut une piscine privée qui semble comprise dans le prix de location. Une fois sur place, nous découvrons que c’est payant à raison de 20e/pers pour 2h ! Scandaleux ! À la lecture des avis, nous sommes des dizaines ainsi à s’être faits avoir d’autant que la piscine est bien valorisée sur les photos de l’annonce. Le propriétaire poli et cordial reste de mauvaise foi en expliquant que ce sont les locataires qui lisent mal ou mentent. Nous n’aurions pas choisi ce 30m2 pour 4 sans ce bonus qui en réalité est une belle arnaque. Par ailleurs, escalier d’accès de 50cm de large,soyez prudents ! Bouilloire pleine de tartre, bac à douche qui se vide mal, literie pas très confortable qui m’a valu 2 jours de torticolis. Logement pour 4 mais vaisselle pour 2. Aspirateur qui n’aspire rien. Aucune décoration même minimaliste. On peut aujourd’hui mettre une touche de charme pour pas cher rien qu’en allant chez Action. Enfin, il est indiqué « climatisé ». En réalité, c’est une Clim mobile extrêmement bruyante qui ne refroidit qu’une seule pièce. Clim non adaptée à du Velux ! Vous ne pourrez donc pas l’installer correctement et le velux ne fermera pas entièrement. Le propriétaire nous a dit que c’était tout à fait adapté, encore de mauvaise foi même avec les preuves que non. En résumé, pour dépanner 1 ou 2 nuits ça passe sinon aller voir ailleurs !

Buona posizione per visitare i dintorni di Rouen, comodo parcheggio. Discreta doccia.

Un forno!! Casa calda sotto il sole, con un condizionatore anteguerra rumorosissimo. Alloggio ricavato dentro un box. Letti scomodi, cucina poco attrezzata.
