Location was great and kitchen and dining room were spacious
Lack of Christmas atmosphere. Although we were promised that there would be decorations, there were none. We had no oven on Christmas day, as there was a fault with it. The fire in the dining room did not work, and they had to send an electrician on the first day as several lights were not working. This included the outside light which he was unable repair as it was obsolete. This made the garden very dangerous at night and we needed to take the dog out there. My daughter fell down the steps at one point. The second double room smelt very strongly of BO. All the carpets were very dirty, and there were cobwebs in several of the rooms. When I complained to Puffin Holidays about these issues they were quite dismissive. I asked for a refund, but was refused. I do not consider this good customer service.
