Very clean rooms, the beach is nice n clean, the view from the room is perfect
The ceiling in my room made lots of noise early in the morning so couldn’t sleep in, staff were very understanding and changed my room (apparently there was some work newly done that caused the ceiling to make noise )

the beach view , and access to the beach, Location is about 5 min drive from the batong town.
Rooms are clean and large, each room can fit 3-4 adults. we liked it.
the roof is made of plats that make knocking noise during wind or when heated by the sun light. you cant sleep with this noise. the whole villa is made from Sami-permanent material , no sound isolation .
taxi drivers will try to charge you more than in application specially in peek time or late night.
The small swimming pool could have been larger and deeper, it is good for kids only.

Away from crowded area , max 20 Min drive to Patong area where are most malls and shops.
Very clean well services perfect for big families.
Nice private pool.
They charged me 500 Bht for losing one villa entrance card key.

Not much. Great pool access, but bad service overall. Not worth the money.
Service was slow and not good. Slow for housekeeping, our TV didn’t work and they weee slow to fix it. Definitely don’t recommend. Aged hotel, and expensive for the quality. Choose somewhere else.
