Our stay at Eden House Serviced Apartments & Suites in Aquila House was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we had chosen somewhere truly special. The property exceeded our expectations in every way and quickly became somewhere we kept referring to as “bouji” because of how stylish and high-end everything felt.
Location
The location is absolutely perfect. Being so central to Saint Helier meant everything was easily accessible. It’s only a short walk to Liberation Station Bus Station, which provides fantastic transport links across the island. This made exploring Jersey incredibly easy and allowed us to see far more of the island during our stay.
Atmosphere
The atmosphere of the house is fantastic. We stayed in the two-bedroom house and it felt both luxurious and incredibly comfortable at the same time. Each bedroom having its own TV meant everyone could enjoy their own space if needed, which worked perfectly for family downtime. The entire property has been finished to a very high standard and really does feel like a boutique, high-end home.
Rooms
The bedrooms are fantastic—very spacious, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. Both rooms include TVs, which is a great touch, but the real highlight was the beds. They were honestly some of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. We even ended up having a few extra lie-ins simply because we slept so well.
Value
When you consider the location and the overall quality of the property, the value is extremely reasonable. For somewhere this central in Saint Helier, combined with the luxurious feel of the accommodation, we all agreed it offers excellent value for money.
Cleanliness
The cleanliness was impeccable. The property was spotless when we arrived and clearly maintained to a very high standard. There was genuinely nothing we could fault in terms of cleanliness.
Noise Level
Despite being so centrally located, the house was beautifully quiet.

The location of Aquila House was ideal, being so close to the town centre was great as we had everything we needed on the doorstep.
It was quite noisy on an evening but given that it was over 32 degrees outside meant that lots of surrounding properties were enjoying time in their gardens, entertaining and what not so that was understandable.
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, the only things I would suggest is for there to be a bath mat in the bath as it was rather slippy, especially having a 2 year old, it would have been a lot safer. It would have also been nice to have had some fresh milk in to have made a cup of tea on arrival.
Other than that everything was great!

Really well located, 5 mins walk from shops & 10 mins walk to bus station. Well equipped & comfortable for our party of 4. Luggage storage for last day was helpful
Everything was good. A couple of minor repairs are needed but nothing significant.
