Modern, clean guest house in quaint neighborhood.

Beautiful and clean guest house. The hostess was super friendly and was there to greet us. Communication with her was fast. Nice pool, but we were busy and never tried it. No complaints at all.

Nytt lite hus, men med mange skjulte/skuffende erfaringer underveis. OBS- KAMERA MONTERT I HUSET

Vanskelig å få kontakt med verten. Fikk klarhet angående innsjekk først to timer før ankomst. Da først etter at jeg måtte purre på svar på melding jeg sendte verten to dager før. Dette er et hus beliggende på plenen cirka 20 meter fra hovedhuset på eiendommen. Verten bor i dette hovedhuset. Verten oppholdt seg i denne hagen, og var blant annet like utenfor våre vinduer på morgenen med vasking/spyling etc. Det er direkte innsyn fra eiendommens hovedhus stue/kjøkken/terrasse der verten bor, og inn i utleie husets oppholdsrom og dør til toalett/bad. Det mangler gardiner på flere vinduer i oppholdsrom. Det er av den grunn direkte innsyn fra minst to nærliggende nabo eiendommer, pluss verten sitt hus inn i dette oppholds rommet. Du må gå fra toalettet/badet og via oppholdsrom med fritt innsyn for å komme til soverommet. Kjelleren er avstengt av verten som like før innsjekk opplyste oss om at det også var MONTERT OVERVÅKNINGS KAMERA i utleie huset. Dette føltes meget ubehagelig. Det er toglinje med stadig togtrafikk og bråk ca 40-50 meter bak soverommet til huset. Dette er ikke opplyst om av verten i beskrivelsen. Stadige tog virket forstyrrende på søvnen. Meget begrenset med muligheter for å lage mat/frokost da det er veldig lite plass og dårlig utstyrt for dette. Man må gå over plenen og gjennom hagen foran huset og vinduene til verten for å forlate/komme til utleie huset. Vi fikk et meget dårlig helhetsinntrykk av plassen selv om det var rent og nytt hus. Det ble etter vårt syn fremvist manglende profesjonalitet fra utleier da det er vesentlige mangler av viktige momenter i beskrivelsen av huset, samt dårlige innsjekkings rutiner.
