The staff is nice and helpful, especially Pushkar is always trying to help. The bedroom was very big and clean, the bathroom was also clean. The view from the big window of the bedroom was beautiful with the mountain. The hotel is near the nice promenade next to the Ganga river.
The hotel is in the city but far away from Yoga places. If you want Yoga classes is better the other side near Laxman Jhula.

Staff are amazing, welcoming and warm. Nothing is too much. Greeted with delicious tea to my room on arrival and whenever I asked, and my laundry was sorted.
I felt confident that if I needed anything the staff here would help me. The monsoon rains flooded outside the entrance one day and the kind man at reception did not hesitate to take me on his scooter right then so I didn’t have to wade through the water.
The room was large, comfortable and the stay was fantastic.

The staff was kind and helpful. Both receptionists were very welcoming, allowed us an early check-in at 7 a.m., and gave us useful recommendations about local places and activities. I would rate the staff 9/10.
The room was large, spacious, and well-lit.
The restaurant was very good, with generous portions and room service available — definitely a highlight.
The location is quiet and convenient, close to the center of Rishikesh, which can be reached in a few minutes by tuk-tuk or about a 20-minute walk
I found it quite unusual that I was asked to download Booking in order to “check out,” and shortly after I noticed that a review had been posted under my name that I did not write.
The price is above average, and based on previous reviews highlighting cleanliness and services, we expected a higher standard. Unfortunately, cleanliness did not meet expectations: the bed sheets did not smell fresh, and the bathroom did not appear properly sanitized.
Breakfast could be improved, as the selection was limited and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed despite the low number of guests.
In addition, our room was missing basic amenities such as toilet paper and tea/coffee for the kettle.
