It is really close to the centre of Heraklion, the apartment is large, the bed and sofa are both comfortable, and the apartment is very functional.
The Aircon was not very intuitive and the room got very cold (19 degrees when the minimum temp is 21) and there is no washing machine when stated on the booking.

Locatie is uitstekend, midden in het centrum.
Geen last van lawaai uit de stad door goede isolatie.
Goede communicatie met de host, hij heeft onze check-out tijd kunnen aanpassen omdat we een late vlucht hadden die dag en zo onze bagage in de kamer konden laten.
Comfortabele meubelen.
Heel proper.
Veel domotica, handig om mee te werken.
Geen lift en moeilijke trap om te doen met zware koffers, een leuning of assistentie was handig geweest.
