Localização e quarto excelente. Café da manhã agradável. Funcionários muito pró ativos.
Ao chegarmos foi difícil subir o elevador até o 5 andar- recepção. Não havia explicações como proceder, e nós e mais 8 turistas ficamos rindo da situação. Recomendo uma placa explicativa junto ao botão do elevador- térreo.
E o nosso quarto que era de frente sofria um barulho horrível da rua. Nós ofereceram na chegada trocar de apt- com acréscimo do valor- mas recusamos. Assim, quartos silenciosos custam mais caro neste hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Love the lift lobby on the 4th floor. The room was designed beautifully. Location is super convenient, right next to the city wall and a bunch of trendy little bars/cafes. The rooftop bar is really great too.
There was one time there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom. But it was reported to the receptionist and we left to explore the city. Once we’re back, no more smell.

Location was nice by the wall. Shops near by
Very noisy!!!! Kids couldn't sleep. Honking all night.
We were in a family room with NO CHAIRS?? a dinner table with no chairs.
Checkin time came and went with ROOM NOT READY.
asked staff to call me a taxi because i had children with me and didnt want them down on the crazy street traffic. THEY SAID NO AND flag one down on the street.
Broken glass found on the floor of our room by our children???
Crazy.
