es war sehr sauber und man hat einen sehr guten ausblick auf den mount fuji wen er sich dan auch wirklich zeigt.. da hatten wir sogar glück! das frühstück ish sehr lecker aber kaffee ist nicht inklusive. Das bett ist sehr bequem
es gibt einen sehr kleinen raucherbereich. kaffee beim frühstück nicht inkl.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The beds were by far the most comfortable we experienced during our entire trip around Japan. If only the other hotels had beds like these!
The staff were friendly, the breakfast was perfectly good, the internet was fast, and the room was absolutely spotless. To top it all off, thanks to the beautiful weather, we had a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji from our Mt. Fuji View room.
It’s difficult to find anything to complain about with this hotel, as everything feels so nice and new.
But if we really had to mention something, the food is quite expensive for what you get.

This hotel is clean and new but that is just about it.
The staff did not speak any English, so don't go there if you don't speak Japanese. They were not willing to be helpful and the check in experience was very long and not good. The outside sofa area is not expected to be used by guests and there are no lights to sit outside in the evenings. If you order coffee with breakfast you have to pay for each cup as you order as they are not willing to add it to your bill. This is all quite sad in light of the fact that the hotel is very new and clean and pricey.
