A nice well kept villa with clean facilities close to the town center. We got instructions in advance where to find the house key, where to leave it upon depart, and "instructions how to act". This was our first time in a private villa with such a concept, and it functioned quite well.
We were slightly confused about how to act with (the locking/opening of) the main door, and I tried to call the owner but did not reach/get a reply from her to get "instructions". However, all went OK.
