This property is excellent! It sits on the bay with a very small inlet lapping at the shore about 30 meters from the residence in full view. This property catches the trade winds on all sides and has a huge opened glass door, ceiling fans, a personal oscillating fan in the kitchen that is trained on the seats at the outside bar and slatted venting throughout that allows you to take full advantage of cooling sea breezes throughout the home. The sounds of the whistling winds and crashing waves bring peace and restoring calm. Be careful though, the decibels sneak up on you while soaking up the sun and sounds.
The home is well equipped. Everything from binoculars to Bluetooth speakers, a cooler, beach bags and beer buckets abound. A first aid kit is there and the kitchen is fully stocked. Mosquito repellent is provided under the kitchen sink (use it and thank me later). Pink Beheer manages the property and can assist with some things during the stay, but mostly it will be up to you to find all the many things that are available to you and so thoughtfully provided by the owner.
The neighborhood that the property is situated within is absolutely gorgeous. There are beautiful homes nestled in this little gated and guarded community village with cobblestone walkways and sidewalks lined with aloe, agaves, and towering cactuses or elsewhere pretty flowering bushes and palm trees. Geckos and iguanas running about and beautiful little colorful birds flitting to and fro.
One of the best things about staying here is how tranquil and peaceful the Boca Gentil resort side is (mostly) and the fact that it shares a complex with Papagayo Beach Resort and Club. Right in this complex you have many swimming pools that are heated and the Papagayo beach with its beautiful deep blue, azure, and neon cerulean shades.
The property is built into the surrounding natural landscape (which is a good thing). It comes with the trade-off of increased critter exposure, so any food in the property will immediately attract ants and gnats even if disposed of in the closed-hatch garbage cans. I shared the residence with said ants, gnats (hardly noticeable), large-ish spiders, tiny crickets, and a 3cm orangish-brown scorpion (called the bark striped scorpion). Plenty of pesticides are provided. My best recommendation is to avoid cooking and eating in the residence and stuff your closed-toe shoes or bag them in zipper bags or the like. You don’t want scorpions, spiders, and centipedes in your shoes when you step in them (the scorpions and centipedes can pack a mean, painful punch!). Additionally, don’t leave your clothes on the floor, but if you do, remember to carefully shake them out in case some of the above mentioned critters have made a home of them overnight. Finally, most definitely use mosquito repellent to avoid being made a feast of.

Alles. Het appartement is heerlijk en van alle gemakken voorzien, in het echt net zo mooi als op de foto's. De eigenaar is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanuit Pink, de beheerder, was alles ook goed geregeld.
