L'apartament està molt nou i cuida't. Té tot el necessari per l'estada en parella. L'aire condicionat és un punt extra amb la calor que està fent aquest estiu.

La terrassa era un valor afegit, però quedava molt tancada i hi feia massa calor per estar-hi, una llàstima. Les llums no funcionaven i un dels sofàs estava força brut. Amb dos detalls més seria perfecte.
