How easy it was to get around, to get to the beach and to get my groceries done. It was a great location. I liked also that even thou the apartment was small, it had everything I needed in it. Plus it was very clean. Having access to a pool, it was great. My kids enjoyed the kids pool and we adults were delighted with the large/deep pool for adults. Plus the premises were kept very clean. Claudio there does a great job.
The parking. The garage is small to start with, but being that it was also used as a storage room of sorts, it made it difficult to park my car. I had to leave the garage door open because my car didn't fit. Also, I had a car box on top of my car (subaru outback) and I had to remove the box to enter the parking building as the ceiling is low.

Tolle Lage. Schöner Pool direkt vor der Terrassentür. Eingezäunter Garten für unsere Hunde. Direkt in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhige Lage!
Die Küchenausstattung sollte mal erneuert werden.

Typisches italienisches Apartment, alles wie beschrieben, sauber, sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, ca. 5 min zum Strand und 3 min. Zur Einkaufsstraße.
Alle Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe einen Tag davor bekommen - super beschrieben und hat alles funktioniert. Vermieter per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat immer geantwortet.
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche!
Fliegengitter für die Fenster und eventuell kleiner Griller für den Garten wäre nett - aber es war wirklich alles super!!!
