A perfectly equipped, spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable apartment with a balcony, located in a new building within the Belgrade Waterfront district. Situated on the 6th floor, the building features an elevator and a concierge service. Having a parking space in the underground garage is a huge plus! The bed is comfortable, and both the bathroom and kitchen are well-equipped. The host is kind and helpful. The building is close to the Sava Promenade, Galeria Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, pastry shops, and bakeries; there is even a rubberized running track right in front—though note that some minor closures may occur due to ongoing construction. You can easily reach anywhere in the city—including the Belgrade Fortress, various churches, Skadarlija, and the House of Flowers (Tito’s resting place)—either on foot or via Belgrade’s public transport. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to explore Belgrade’s attractions in comfort!

Voor ons toplocatie met veel openbaar vervoer op loopafstand. Mooie nieuwe (yuppen)wijk met veel aandacht voor de openbare ruimte.

Super central location, tram right at the house, supermarket directly opposite, playground, other supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc. within walking distance. Apartment has everything you need, very clean, modern, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, balcony. Playground also directly at the house. Check-in quick and easy, hosts nice and helpful.
