Good position, very central. The flat was immaculately presented and furnished. Helpful key hand over and discount at Carrefour Express next door.
The plethora of what-not-to-do signs was a little irritating.

Very cozy apartment in downtown Avignon

The staff, Coline and Jason were always available and quick to respond to whatever we needed. The apartment is located at the center of the old town just a few minutes from the major sights while the parking is also a couple of minutes away.
The square and the small roads around the house feel a bit unsafe at night. However if you head towards the sights the atmosphere is totally different.
The building is quite old which is to be expected in such a historic town but, the entrance and the stairway were rather dirty. Also there were spots in the apartment that clearly had not been cleaned for quite some time. For example we found hair in the toothbrush cup and a used glass that had been left behind in the bedroom. Additionally, even though we were 4 people and we had to use the sofa bed, we didn't find any sheets for it.
None of these issues was particularly serious especially since we stayed for only one night, but they arw things that definitely should have been better and improved.
