Non metto 10 solo perchè non l'ho mai assegnato a nessuno, la perfezione per me non esiste.
La gentilezza e disponibilità della (bellissima) proprietaria, presente durante tutto il soggiorno per qualsiasi evenienza, ma sempre discreta e mai invadente. La dotazione dell'appartamento, ricomprendente il necessario ( e oltre) per la quotidianità. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di zanzariere, rilevatori di fumo, lavatrice, stendini, climatizzazione e ventilatori all'occorrenza, cucina completa attrezzata di tutto. Posizione non in centro a Biella (ma neanche la volevamo) bensì in una cittadina limitrofa, comunque in posizione strategica. Contesto tranquillo, condominio silenzioso e discreto. Sicuramente l'appartamento lo terremo in considerazione se dovessimo ricapitare da queste parti.
Per me nulla. Anche perchè l'appartamento (inclusa la disponibilità della proprietaria) ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, veramente difficile chiedere di più o spaccare il capello....

Spacious and very clean apartment with nice decoration, comfortable living room and bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Excellent and quiet location, balcony with garden and mountain views, free parking outside the house. House is located in a strategic position, allowing short daily excursions at almost all important places of this region ( Aosta, Turin, Milan, Lakes Orta, Magiore, Como, Lugano, etc ). The biggest advantage of this accommodation is its amazing hostess : Martina !!! Very kind, friendly, helpful, she gave us a lot of useful information and advice, constantly trying to make our stay as good as possible. We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend it !!!

Limpeza acurada + apartamento espaçoso + localização tranquila + cozinha bem equipada + vista maravilhosa mas, ACIMA DE TUDO, o atendimento prestado pela Sra. Martina supera qualquer experiência já tida em qualquer outra acomodação. Ela está de PARABÉNS!!! Recomendo a todos que queiram se hospedar em Biella.
Estava tudo na mais perfeita ordem.
