Posizione molto comoda per visitare la città, personale estremamente gentile e disponibile.
Arredamento un po’ datato (bagno e camera soprattutto) e forse poco curato (ad esempio in camera c’è una libreria vuota, che potrebbe essere sostituita dal comodino che invece manca da quel lato e occuperebbe anche meno spazio soffocando meno l’ambiente.
La doccia non è facilmente accessibile per la disposizione.
Nella descrizione della proprietà su booking non era chiaro che ci fossero più appartamenti diversi e quale fosse quello effettivamente prenotato. Quindi dalle foto ci si può aspettare un ambiente diverso, forse andrebbe specificato meglio anche nelle foto a quale appartamento ci si riferisce e quale si sta effettivamente prenotando, per allineare le aspettative.

The first good surprise was the interaction with the owner even before we got to Assisi. We given good directions and a superb recommendation for free parking just two minutes away from the property. We literally left the car and walked for three minutes. Our host Massimo waited for us on the street and showed us the way and then the apartment. The apartment is superbly located in old Assisi and we did not go back to our car for the entire stay. We were given tips and a map with recommendations for our tour.
The Kitchen is small in size for cooking but then again the nearest (tiny) grocery store is a ten minute walk away. We had cold cuts and vegetable/fruit breakfasts in the apartment which were a lot of fun. We arrived in mid August during a heatwave. The main room has air conditioning and Massimo our host immediatly provided a large fan which resolved all heat related issues in the other area.

Lovely host who ensured we had everything we needed. Provided lots of information on the area and arrange taxi for us to the train station. Apartment is within walking distance of all main sights. Two storey apartment with plenty of room for all.
Access between floors is by a rather small and steep circular staircase. This was no issue for us but if you had young children or mobility issues this is probably not the right place for you.
