Séjour correct dans l’ensemble, mais perturbé au début par un problème de connexion Internet.

Appartement spacieux, bien situé et agréable pour un séjour en famille. Le logement est lumineux et bien équipé. Une fois le problème technique réglé, le séjour s’est déroulé correctement.

Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas pendant les trois premières nuits, ce qui a été contraignant, surtout pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Le problème a finalement été résolu, mais cela a impacté le début du séjour.

Notre sentiment est mitigé.

Points positifs. L'emplacement était très positif : un quartier résidentiel calme et agréable, un arrêt de tramway quasiment à deux pas, un immeuble neuf et hautement sécurisé, et un parking souterrain. La cuisine et les équipements étaient satisfaisants, l'appartement était agréable et le supermarché Lidl était juste à côté. Les images de l'annonce étaient conformes à la réalité.

Points négatifs. L'arrivée en elle-même a été un point négatif : nous n'avons pu emménager que vers 18.30h après de nombreux appels à l'agence LineLand car le numéro de l'immeuble après la réservation online (Nr. 10) ne correspondait pas avec celui que nous avons reçu (Nr. 2) de l'agence au moment de la communication des codes pour accéder à l'immeuble. Le sol était collant, le miroir était strié, 3 chaises étaient défectueuses (Ce fut remplacé immédiatement après reclamation), la bouilloire était complètement entartrée, le lavabo était sale, il y avait une odeur de moisi dans les chambres. Nous avions 2 serviettes sales pour une famille de 6 personnes. La demande écrite si nous pouvions avoir plus de serviettes a tout simplement été ignorée. Aucun rouleau de papier toilette ni de serviette de cuisine n'étaient à notre disposition après un long voyage de 10h. L'aspirateur et le guide du voyageur recu par l'etablissement n'étaient pas du tout fonctionnels et le plus difficile a été le manque de climatisation dans l'appartement sous la canicule (38 degrés en moyenne) pendant le séjour. Un ventilateur aurait peut être aidé. Il est dommage de constater qu'un rapport presque similaire a été fait par un autre hôte de cet établissement le 20.05.2025. Après amélioration de la qualité de service, cet établissement sera une référence à l'avenir.
