The property was very clean and modern
That the wifi work very well the air-con work very good and no problems with hot water we was very comfortable with no issues

Сам обьект- выше всяких похвал. Есть все , для комфортной жизни. Коммуницировали с хозяином, он молодец.
1. Нет вообще никакой информации, как попасть в квартиру. Спасибо охраннику, он позвонил менеджеру по этому объекту и , благодаря охране, мы узнали, что в квартире электронный код 🤷🏼♀️
2. Имя WiFi не соответствует тому, что присылают при заселении. Подобрали за счет телевизора, где был указал имя источника интернета. И, в пароле, нужно все писать без пробела
3. Вход к морю - 1800-2500 филлипинских денег. Иначе, только смотрите на него издалека

Beautiful apartment in a nice resort. Clean, modern, comfortable. The resort is on a private beach. There are a few resort restaurants on-site.
The location was a bit out of the way to restaurants and supermarkets. Access to these was through the local village which seemed so unsafe. Walking on roadways with no sidewalks with cars and scooters driving at excessive speeds and very irresponsibly. It would have been nice to have an on-site mini mart. Also, even though there were a few on-site restaurants, they were overpriced. But because of the remote location, you were almost forced to patronize these establishments.

The big TV was the unit's saving grace. Decent view. All appliances and amenities worked well.
Condo smells bad. No restaurants or bars nearby (apart from overpriced resort restaurant). No access to swimming pools. No beach access.
