The gentlemen at the desk are professionals as always. Gratefully they are bilingual so check-in and checkout is smooth. Highly recommend.
When calling a lady who was not bilingual answered. After trying to use the translation app she just hung up. Luckily I've patroned there before so I knew that wasn't there standard. The gentlemen are usually patient with foreigners trying to work through Hangul/Korean and are able to fill necessary gaps with English as needed.

Very new and modern. Housekeeping very punctual and efficient. Polite staff. Breakfast provided was very basic, but nearby restaurant served a good, affordable breakfast.
Room cooling system was difficult to sweet to a precise temperature.
