The villa is excellent; everything is new and clean. It has absolutely everything—from toothpicks to a dishwasher; it is truly fully equipped. It felt just like coming home. The pool is nice, and the location is quiet. It’s not far from a beach that has its own sun loungers (though we only found that out on the last day). However, the entry into the water there is rocky, so we weren't too upset about having gone to the public beach instead. The host was great and kept us informed about everything going on in the complex.
There are small ants, mainly in the kitchen. Their numbers drop if you keep food in the fridge and clean up after yourself, but it is a problem affecting the entire complex. Also, the complex is located quite far from Side and Antalya, so getting anywhere requires transfers or a taxi. On the plus side, it is quiet and peaceful. Before check-in, the owner messaged me on WhatsApp asking for passport copies. Since I didn't know him, I was initially skeptical that it was actually the owner. It would be helpful to mention on the website that documents need to be sent in advance to avoid misunderstandings.

Большая трехэтажная вилла для большой семьи. Мы отдыхали впятером и чувствовали себя отлично. До пляжа идти 12 минут, есть лежаки, море чистейшее, народу немного, купались каждый день. На территории коттеджного поселка есть большой бассейн с лежаками. До Магавгата и центра Сиде ходят маршрутки, остановка в 2-х минутах от поселка. По средам есть базар тоже можно на маршрутке доехать. В целом это тихое место, рядом с пляжем, и до центра тоже удобно добираться. Хозяйн удаленно заселял, оставил вкусняшки в холодильники, несколько бутылок воды, и печеньки. Нам всё очень понравилось, большой спасибо!
