Very rude staff

Very rude and unprofessional staff. The level of service was extremely low. The staff clearly do not know how to communicate properly with guests, especially over the phone. The conversations were rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable for a hospitality business. I was very disappointed with the attitude and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place.

Terrible experience. We were not allowed to check in and were simply left outside on the street. I called many times, but no one answered our calls. They eventually blocked us and stopped responding completely. This is completely unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this apartment.
