Ants in the kitchen, but didn't affect our stay

Roomy and pleasant apartment and bathroom. Close to metro and bus stops but a bit of a walk to the centre otherwise. Responsive staff.
On arrival discovered apartment hadn't been cleaned. Contacted staff and they responded very quickly - told us that they had been let down by the cleaning company but they quickly found us another cleaner who sorted out the apartment for us. However, the apartment smelt musty and needed rather more than a quick clean (e.g. having floor mopped throughout, as is usually the case in a hot country).
We then had problems with an air conditioning unit and a faulty light and once more the management were very quick to sort it out.
