Great location, conveniently located for exploring Saltburn which we visit regularly. Plenty of space in the apartment (apart from the loo- see below) and the living areas were extremely comfortable, contemporary and welcoming. The shower in the main bathroom was fabulous.
The toilet adjacent to the main bathroom was tiny and a real squeeze to get into. The internet throughout our stay was appalling with little or no connectivity. Nowhere near enough crockery in the kitchen, resulting in constantly washing up or running the dishwasher. No cutlery drawer, with instead cutlery in the bottom of an empty lower cupboard, making it difficult to reach. But the biggest flaw with the whole place was a distinct lack of any storage at all. No shelves, no drawers and no cupboards in any room, resulting in us living off piles of clothes on the floor throughout our stay.

Great location, handy for beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket and railway station. Property very clean and comfortable.
An additional chair in the lounge would have been good. Possibly a new rug as unable to flatten fully.

Comfy beds and bedding. Clean and tidy. Easy check in. Close to beach and amenities. Great shower and plenty of towels. Good to have tea, sugar, milk etc and loo rolls supplied! Dishwasher is handy too as unfortunately some of the crockery needed a clean before use. Lovely to have lamps in every room.
No working WiFi..brought up with host during stay but unfortunately not resolved. As stayed towards end of summer it was chilly first thing and in the evening but no heating came on..again not resolved. Could do with a welcome book explaining how to work heating, coffee machine. Blinds let in morning light early so take eye mask if bothers you...curtains or black out blinds would have been appreciated. Could do with another comfy chair in living area as sofa not big enough. Log burner not in use but will be a lovely addition for stays in colder weather.
