First the owner, a very kind person. The last day of our vacation, he let us leave the apartment in the afternoon instead of in the morning. It was very important because our flight was late in the evening and we could move in the city without the baggage for the whole day.
The apartment offers everything you need: comfortable beds, WiFi and washer/dryer just for example. And then the position, near to the tram stop, allows you to be in downtown in 15 minutes. Finally, a beautiful view of the city from the terrace.

Very clean apartment, very comfy bed, lovely views to the Melbourne skyline and very quiet.
Shower makes a squealing noise when put in a certain position. A hairdryer would be a nice addition to the facilities.
