Its position, the balcony looking over the square was incredible, the decor was elegant as was the lighting. The little kitchenette was great… really handy we had breakfast on the balcony every day. Comfy bed.
Even though they had double glazing, and has clearly done their best to shut out the noise. It was noisy until about four in the morning on the Friday and Saturday. Just people in the Square having fun and drinking celebrating life. The only downside of its position. However, we wouldn’t have missed our stay there.

Location was superb and facilities were very good. Comfortable, stylish, love the fresco’s on the walls mixed with modern plastering. Very sympathetic to the history
Will definitely go back.

There is no doubt this apartment is beautiful. It blends old-world charm with modern touches—the frescoed ceilings, fixtures, and overall character are truly special. The location, right on Piazza delle Erbe, is stunning and incredibly convenient. Considering how central it is, the noise from the piazza is quite manageable, and the building itself feels secure.
That said, there were a few aspects of the stay that could be improved. Comfort-wise, we did experience some challenges with the air conditioning. As the apartment can get quite warm—especially in the evenings—and opening the doors isn’t always practical due to the location, access to air conditioning is important. We chose the apartment in part because of this feature, so having clearer expectations and more consistent use would have made a noticeable difference in our comfort, particularly on the first night.
Additionally, the air conditioning was turned off on the morning of checkout while we were still packing, which felt a bit premature. A few small touches, such as providing extra pillows, a blanket, and allowing use of the in-room safe, would also enhance the guest experience.
