Die Kommunikation mit Emanuela war hervorragend und erfolgte unkompliziert. Alles war bestens organisiert, und auch die Schlüsselübergabe verlief völlig problemlos. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen eingezäunten Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung. Das Fahrzeug wird direkt im Garten geparkt. Die Zufahrt ist etwas eng, mit unserem Kombi war sie  zu bewältigen. Die Wohnung war sauber und vollständig ausgestattet – uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Restaurant befindet sich weniger als fünf Minuten entfernt. Dort kann man auch Pizza zum Mitnehmen bestellen, die uns sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Zum öffentlichen Strand läuft man etwa 20 Minuten. Der Weg dorthin ist jedoch ein schöner Spaziergang und daher angenehm zu bewältigen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Dusche, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt wurde. Auch die Toilette bietet nicht besonders viel Beinfreiheit, was für uns persönlich jedoch kein Problem darstellte. Die Außendusche haben wir nicht genutzt, obwohl sie einen sehr guten Eindruck macht. Fazit: Wir können die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub oder eine Reise definitiv weiterempfehlen. Besonders die gute Organisation, die Ausstattung und der eigene eingezäunte Garten haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
