Getting the keys and checking in was very easy (even though I arrived quite late at night). The apartment had everything one could need, and then some: a washing machine (which I didn't use, but could have if needed), an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a full selection of shampoos, shower gels, and conditioners; a kettle and a huge variety of teas—green, black, and herbal; a coffee machine (with a supply of capsules), an electric stove, spices, cutlery, tableware, napkins, and towels. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and cozy. Although the nights outside were chilly, the heating worked well. In terms of location, it is literally just 5 minutes away from the bus station, the university, a beautiful riverfront (lovely at night), and two supermarkets—plus, the city center is just across the bridge. On one occasion, I needed to travel to the other side of the city, and a taxi arrived in just 3 minutes.
I am thoroughly satisfied with my choice of this apartment and sincerely thank the owners for providing such a comfortable stay. If I return for another business trip, I will gladly stay here again.
The only inconvenience—which I got used to after a few days—was the lack of lighting in the stairwell (though perhaps I was just "lucky" and it was only temporary). In any case, this had nothing to do with the apartment itself; I simply adapted by using a flashlight whenever I walked up the stairs at night.

The apatrment has everything I needed. The host was very helpfull and patient.
The location was very good for me, but that is always individual.
I will definitely rent the apartment again when visiting in Valmiera.
It is 4th floor without lift.
