Mieszkanie jest przy samym morzu. Mieszkanie posiada olbrzymi taras z widokiem na plaże i morze. Dodatkowo na tarasie jest normalny stół i krzesła więc można zjeść wygodnie na dworze (jeśli pozwoli pogoda). W mieszkaniu są dwa olbrzymie pokoje i olbrzymi korytarz. Mieszkanie w zupełności wystarczy dla rodziny 6 osobowej. W sypialni jest jedno olbrzymie łóżko podwójne i jedno pojedyncze, w mniejszym pokoju są dwa łóżka pojedyncze. W korytarzu jest jeszcze sofa. Sypialnia i pokój z łóżkami mają klimatyzację. W mieszkaniu jest w pełni wyposażona kuchnia i pralka. Jest bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz, który mówi bardzo dobrze po angielsku. Przy mieszkaniu jest sklep i restauracje.

Mieszkanie położone jest na samej górze piętro 7 a winda wjeżdża tylko do 6. Jedno piętro trzeba wejść co z wózkiem i z bagażami dla niektórych osób może być kłopotliwe. Brakuje w mieszkaniu zmywarki.

Excellent location. Beautiful apartment, very clean with plenty of room. The view from the balcony is stunning. This is the perfect apartment to soak up the beauty of Durres

Can be a bit difficult to find. Not the fault of the owner but google maps didn’t navigate us directly there. To help make this easier, navigate to hotel Zansi in Durres which will take you quite close to the apartment
