We had a very nice stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to all the major attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. Ariana, the host, was very friendly and helpful, and she gave us some excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit.
A few things could be improved. The bathroom is a little on the small side, and we noticed that the hot water can run out when many other guests have used it. We also found that the air conditioning did not cool the room as much as we would have liked, especially during the warmer hours.

La atención recibida por el personal, la ubicación, lo fresquita que era la habitación, cama muy cómoda y el jabón Rituals. La smart tv también estaba muy bien.
Nos faltaba algún sitio donde secar la ropa y las toallas quizás y poder tomar zumo de naranja en vez de limonada en el desayuno; aunque he de decir que acabé cogiéndole el gusto a la limonada. Un poquito de ruido por la noche de la calle y de la gente entrando y saliendo de las habitaciones pero para mi no resultó un gran problema.

Excellent facility and hostess. Ariana personally received us, gave us an overview of the area and all tips. The apartments are professionally decorated and well thought with all amenities and classy details.
The hostess stayed on top of everything and responsive for any needs we could have.
Parking is a problem in the area but has nothing to do with the property. If traveling by car i recommend returning it while staying in Split since it is walkable.

Property located in the center of town
Hard to find. Had to have the owner come out to the property and walk us to the location. Also, there was absolutely no parking on the streets. Had to walk several blocks to park in a paid lot. Spent $90 for 2 days.
I had two reservations. One for two nights and another for one night (I didn’t book enough nights in my initial booking). Owner moved our belongings to another room. She called saying that she needs to move our things within the hour for incoming guests. We were already out for the day and couldn’t do it ourselves. Would’ve been nice to have had a heads up the night prior so we could move our personal belongings rather than having a stranger do it.
