The location
The bathroom. Due to not having a door to the shower enclosure, a curtain was provided instead, failed to contain the water inside the cubicle which resulted in the bathroom floor being flooded with dirty shower water. The water had nowhere to drain away!! There were x4 of us showering each day, it was awful. Not forgetting the foul drainage smell which was constant. The pull out bed was uncomfortable and more like a small double in space. The oven wasn’t very clean and no instructions provided in how to get the oven working.
