Great location, easy to walk into the centre of Pisa. Great hosts, very efficient and personable. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.

Very good location, about a 15-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and close to many restaurants. The apartment is very spacious, with two bathrooms, and it was comfortable for five people.
It was clean, elegant and well maintained, with plenty of space for a group or family. The host was very helpful and responded to all our questions.
The only downsides were the quite noisy air conditioning and the relatively late check-in time, from 6:00 PM.

Location, space and comfort.
Air conditioning was a bit noisy but it was a nice temp while outside was 36deg.

We like the room sizes
It was nice to have two bathrooms
Air conditioning helped to keep the rooms comfortable
The coffee pods did not work in the machine
There could have been a wine opener and beer bottle opener
There should be a booklet with instructions eg we need the remove the trash ourselves and also instructions where to take it.
