It served a purpose. But next time I will book else where. Also picture of place didn’t match.

Not what we were expecting. No hot water for a shower, tiles in bathroom all broken. Modern kitchen and bathrooms, but kitchen walls were peeling, cement and paint coming off. Lights in sitting area didn’t work. It was early morning when we left for a flight, so still dark, so couldn’t see to put the keys back in the box. So left them inside. Other people were still there.

I didn’t like broken tiles in bathroom. No TV at all, internet didn’t work at all. 🤨 Carpet on stairs very dirty, just overall not a very friendly atmosphere.

Worse than awful, filthy and unsafe

Absolutely nothing it is the worst place I have stayed in my life

filthy dirty, dangerous electrics, rubbish at side of property and scruffy outside. A shower and bathroom you had to bend your head to use. This place should be removed from your listings. If I am not refunded, I shall go to the fire brigade and local authority to report the issues that may result in a formal legal notice to the owners, given the place is unsanitary and dangerous. I will inform the fire brigade and local authority it was booked via yourselves. The issues were reported to staff who refused to do anything other than offer a refund which I could not accept at that time as I had no way of getting to a new place without significant exspens
