The property was in a very good location close to Rochester high street. The bed was very comfortable and had nice pillows and bedding. However there was a faint smell of damp in the bedroom. After leaving the windows open it wasn’t too bad. The power shower was lovely, and had a strong flow of hot water.
The property could benefit from a good clean. Things like crockery and glasses I had to wash before use. Inside the cupboards and drawers which has crumbs and bits of food need wiping out . Missing toaster which we had to request from the host as there wasn’t one even though it was listed. Thick layers of dust behind living room door and kitchen door.
A few DIY repairs, stick back wall paper in bathroom and paint the ceiling which was peeling.

Lovely clean apartment. No disturbances from traffic. Very comfy bed. Ground floor but still had a balcony. I was able to park right outside (but I think I got very lucky). Well equipped kitchen.
Both bedside lights didn't work.
Wardrobe has chest of drawers in it greatly reducing hanging space.

The flat was cosy and comfortable with a nice sized shower room and living room. The bed and bedding were comfortable and thoughtfully there was a small telly there. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer were all provided. I had time to enjoy the balcony which gets the morning sun. Recommended for those looking for a comfortable place for a break.
The absence of WiFi. This was stated in the description though and didn't affect me as I was not there on work.

Location v good
Hadn’t understood it had been used by smokers.
Hot water from kettle hadn’t been explained.
Hadn’t realised no WiFi (which had been clarified when I looked)
