The staffs are helpful and courteous. They also gave us a lot of information on restaurants and places to visit. We had high floor suite with panoramic view of the beach and the cable cars. The view is worth a million bucks!

Super comfortable rooms. New hotel with luxury accents to details.
Exceptional breakfast. Bathtub + shower in the room.
Workers on the reception almost don't speak English.
Was not possible to buy souvenirs from the shop in the hotel on reception by card.
