Every single detail from the professional staff to the clean room and also the great breakfast.
I think the pool should be heated as during our 3 nights we couldn’t use it as the weather was kinda cold or windy

A wonderful hotel with a pool, a restaurant, and a view of the town of Göreme. At sunrise, there is a beautiful view of all the hot air balloons (the location is slightly removed from the center). Rooms feature a private bathroom, hairdryer, safe, fridge, and coffee/tea maker, with coffee, tea, and water provided daily. Additional services, such as airport transfers and excursions, are very well organized. The staff is exceptionally friendly and available 24 hours a day.
Everything was wonderful. Regarding the location: on one hand, there was a wonderful view, but on the other, it was a bit too far from the city. They might want to consider offering hotel transfers to and from the city. At least twice a day.

We stayed at Zafore with my partner in July and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in an exceptionally beautiful location and is designed with great taste and attention to detail.
What impressed us most, though, was the staff. They genuinely care about the hotel and their guests, and they start taking care of you even before you arrive. A special thank you to Mustafa and Selcuk at reception, who made everything so easy and smooth for us. We truly couldn’t thank them enough.
The breakfast was amazing (perhaps even a little too generous). We’d also like to thank Medine and Esat from the restaurant, who were incredibly kind and attentive every morning. It was lovely to start each day with them.
Everyone at Zafore was warm and welcoming. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so lovely and memorable. We’d happily come back!
