Just a great location, near the beach, near the bowling club and no too far from the Emu Township.
A ground floor unit as we are in our 80s and climbing stairs is not our forte.

The location was good. It is a cheap budget motel and there is the old adage "you get what you pay for!" It has some potential. The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. When you have a good nights sleep it is a reasonable motel but in all fairness to other older travellers I could not recommend it.
It looks and feels old, tired and unloved. Reception desk is unmanned most of the time and requests for a rubbish bin and help opening the door to the balcony were ignored. The shower leaked all over the floor and no bath mat was provided, No chairs or table provided in the room. OK for backpackers but discerning grey nomads not so good. To make matters worse the owners/managers reported to Booking Dot Com that I had not paid when I had in fact paid the motel directly which caused my wife and I some unnecessary anxiety.
