The hosts were absolutely lovely, very kind, helpful, and responsive. Check-in was officially from 3 PM, but the apartment was ready early and they kindly allowed us to check in around 10 AM, which was extremely helpful as we had a very early flight.
The check-out was just as flexible. We left around 11:15 AM without any problem.
The apartment is in a great location, with a large supermarket, a pastry shop, a tobacco shop, and several restaurants and bars nearby. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The only downside was that on Saturday there was a big party at the bar on the corner, and the music and bass were very loud. Unfortunately, it continued until around 1 AM.

Great clean apartment, value for money, exactly where we wanted to stay in Bergamo. Self check-in was easy and communication with the hosts was very good and fast.

"The location was excellent, 20 mins from old town and 20 mins from new town. The view was stunning and the hosts gave clear instructions on how to get in although it was quite easy to find."
