The apartment was spacious and nicely located, easy walk to the tube and many options for groceries and restaurants nearby
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the kitchen utensils were also in a bit of bad shape

it was quiet and a good location. Not far from various buses. Bedding was white and very clean. The towels were fresh and clean
The Kettle lid was broken and did not stay on. This was a serious safety hazard.
Many half opened bottles, jars etc some perishable were in plastic baskets and cupboard
Insufficient cereal bowls

The sink was very tea-stained and only 1 tea towel.
Cushions very grubby with stitching coming apart
The instructions for getting rid of the rubbish after a stay with very poor. The “metal” bin referred to was no-where in sight and there is no access to a bin via the flat above. It should not be the responsibility of a holiday tenant to search the street for a bin to put rubbish in.
The bedside lamp would not stay on - perhaps a loose connection???
The whole place needs a deep clean and update. There must be 50 hangers of different types in the wardrobe and drawer
Non-one obviously checks the property- the cleaners are only employed to do minimum work.
