9/26: Wetter super, knapp 30 °. Das Appartement war groß, sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Ein Starterpaket der wichtigsten Dinge war vorbereitet. Balkon mit seitl. Meerblick.
Die Lage an der Promenade ist praktisch und nah zum schönen, auch freien Strand. Drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (ca.160cm breit). Zwei Bäder, eines separat zugänglich, das andere im mittleren Schlafzimmer. Großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Märkte und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.
Anreise mit Bahn möglich.
9/26: Durch äußere Einflüsse, die Promenade und leider auch durch Nachbarn nicht gerade ruhig. Gastro und Events bis Mitternacht. Tägliche Müllabfuhr morgens und Lärm von oben oder die Klima der Nachbarn haben uns in der Nacht gestört. App. ist im zweiten Stock. Ein Schrank mehr für Taschen oder Kleider wäre gut, damit man nicht aus der Tasche auf dem Boden leben muss. Parken schwierig, auch weil ein Parkplatz in der Nähe gerade Baustelle ist. Fahren zum Haus nur von 8-11 Uhr erlaubt (ital. ZTL).

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, less than 100 meters from the beach, which made it very convenient for our family.
Fabio was a great host, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this accommodation to other guests and would be very happy to stay here again in the future.
