Disposta su due piani, gli spazi sono adeguati e dispone di un giardinetto esterno. Appartamento completo di tutto.
La strada per raggiungere l’ingresso della casa è stretta e tortuosa, incrociare un’altra auto sarebbe da incubo. Per fare la spesa e’ necessario muovere l’auto.

The apartment was nice, well equipped, with fresh water bottles and a lovely private garden in a safe gated area. Unfortunately, there was construction blocking the road to access the apartment with our very large rental vehicle (Jeep not at all appropriate for travel in small Italian towns) and because of our age and physical restrictions we found it hard to walk the short distance required only due to the road work. Our host, made great efforts to accommodate us and it was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this host and the apartment has everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. Don`t forget to visit Luigi and his amazing staff at his restaurant Bar Vineria Vignola in Piazza Vignola a 5 minute walk from the apartment where we enjoyed the most amazing customer service and pasta in the region!

The property was very clean and tidy, the host has provided everything you need for your stay, the coffee and water was unexpected and welcome. Stella has been very good at communicating with us. The information booklet is very good but the addition of some instructions for the AC would be helpful, it was so hot.
I think it would be good for the host to mention prior to arrival that you cannot use the water for drinking or cooking, we did bring some and the host provided a bottle however with 2 adults and 2 dogs we had to go and purchase more which had we known we would have bought more with us. There is a dangerous gap on the upstairs landing which my dog fell off (photo added), this needs blocking luckily my dog was shaken and not hurt could have been a very different story had it been the smaller older dog ! Due to the nature of the village there are some very steep climbs and steps, not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or the sight impaired.

Buon appartamento
Posizione scomoda non segnalata, non agibile per disabili, non raggiungibile con l'auto tranne se non si vuole buttare la frizione della stessa.
Può essere una buona soluzione ma si deve poter scegliere di cosa si va a prenotare.
Bagno superiore lavandino non utilizzabile.
Scala a chiocciola con un buco, il mio cane è caduto dal primo al piano terra, per miracolo non si è fatta nulla.
