Zimmer sehr einfach gehalten und sauber.

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Kein Fleisch. Käse war nicht mehr so lecker.

Eine gute und budgetfreundliche Homebase für unkomplizierte Reisende.

Die Zimmer sind hell und grosszügig geschnitten und bieten viel Bewegungsfreiheit und Stauraum. Im Aufenthaltsraum steht ein Kühlschrank zur gemeinsamen Benützung zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt gepflegt und sauber und das Personal sehr professionell und hilfsbereit. Die Jugendherberge ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Gegend, sowohl mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (max. 10 min Fussmarsch zum Bahnhof) oder mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug (viele Parkplätze und sogar zwei Ladestationen vor dem Haus). Besonders zu erwähnen sind die vielen Vergünstigungen und inkludierten Leistungen für Übernachtungsgäste mit der Neuchâtel Travel Card.

Die Orientierung im Gebäude fiel uns anfänglich etwas schwer. Check-out muss bis 09:00 erfolgen, was recht knapp bemessen ist, wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist. Auf einem Bett wies die Bettwäsche Flecken auf. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist nicht sehr einladend gestaltet und es fehlen Kochmöglichkeiten, Besteck oder Geschirr. Das Frühstück war frisch und insgesamt gut, aber die Auswahl nicht sehr gross.

Praktische, sehr saubere neue Zimmer. Typische Jugi.

Schlüssel musste an anderem Standort abgeholt werden. Balkon war vor allen Zimmern durchgehend begehbar.
