La estancia fue muy agradable. La habitación tenía baño privado y la ubicación era perfecta, muy cerca de todo y bien comunicada, pero al mismo tiempo era un lugar tranquilo y silencioso para descansar. Los demás huéspedes fueron muy respetuosos y en ningún momento hubo ruidos ni molestias. Me sentí muy cómoda durante toda la estancia y, sin duda, repetiré cuando vuelva a Madrid. ¡Muy recomendable!

Alojamiento en un barrio tranquilo y agradable, con una parada de metro muy cerca, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos. Muchos parques a menos de 10 min andando, todos los servicios a 2 pasos, y el Mercado de Guindalera al final de la calle.
El check-in automatizado resulta muy cómodo y práctico. La vivienda está muy bien amueblada, es luminosa y está cuidada en cada detalle , con una cocina completa que dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.
La habitación cuenta con nevera y aire acondicionado, aunque incluso sin utilizarlo se mantiene bastante fresca. El baño tiene ventana, un detalle que se agradece mucho, y además hay Smart TV. El colchón muy cómodo y las almohadas también. Y mucho espacio de almacenamiento.
Los propietarios han sido muy receptivos y atentos, respondiendo rápidamente cuando ha sido necesario.

The accommodation is close to amenities, very central y cosy clean rooms, WIFI works fine and good communication with the property owner.
Very polite people. I’ve been there several times and I never had any issues, it’s a automation house, very modern with sharing kitchen and laundry too.

Location
The address was not given full (house number wasn’t there) and I waited on the road for hours.
My room was moved to the lower category though I paid for a higher category room since they had some leakage in the room. I had chosen that room since I specifically wanted an attached toilet and balcony but they game me one without the toilet and balcony. They didn’t tell me this till the time I reached there in the evening after waiting on the road for hours and didn’t have any other option. Now I am supposed to chase booking.com for refunding the fare difference.
