Nette Vermieter, sauber, Erreichbarkeit, easy check-in & check-out, Flexibilität bei spontaner Datumsänderung

Clean, modern and quiet.
We entered the code to the door outside multiple times and it was not letting us in. The system was clearly faulty, it said 'unlocked' but wouldn't let us in. We waited outside 40 minutes before a response from him. We didn't do anything wrong, we had used the code previously with success and the lady who did come to let us in also couldn't get in with her code. We understand things like this happen but the host refused to provide any good will gesture/small compensation. I don't expect much here but I do expect SOMETHING. Offering an apology is simply not good enough. He tried to get around it by saying we were only staying short term (4 nights) and that it's illegal to give refund in Vietnam....so basically he is lying and treating me like a fool. I would have accepted a small token gesture like £5! But he refused, so he's showing a complete lack of respect for the 40 minutes we spent outside waiting.
