Lovely little studio. We’ve stayed in the complex before but this studio is our favourite so far. Very clean, very well equipped and the projector TV is great. Clear instructions for entry and how everything works. Great communication from owners. Convenient location too. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing! Parking would have been a bonus. It’s £15.50 per 24 hours to park in one of the spaces outside. They were all full when we arrived but we got lucky as someone left while we were debating what to do. Limit is 48 hours though and you can only pay per day. Not an issue for us but just something to be aware if you plan to book for more than 2 nights.

Gorgeous apartment (number 15) right by the waterway, with geese passing just below my window. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. Small bottle of Prosecco and 2 chocolate bars - a lovely welcome touch! Bed was very comfortable; shower easy to manage; very secure building, which was important to me as I was solo. Outer combo lock, inner combo lock, then keysafe by apartment door. Easy 5 min walk to the beautiful Shambles & other attractions. I loved staying here & would DEFINITELY book this one again.

Appartamento pulito ed accogliente, fornito di tutto il necessario per passare alcuni giorni in tranquillità. Posizione ottima per visitare il centro di York, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 5 minuti da una fermata dei bus; a circa 5 minuti è presente anche un grande supermercato. Prima dell'arrivo, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le indicazioni utili per accedere alla struttura in modo preciso e puntuale; la zona ci è sembrata sicura anche di sera. La finestra sul fiume è adorabile!

Studio was spotless.
Better than any hotel room or b&b.
Close to centre.
