As I grew up in the street above was like going home . Lovely comfortable well equipped had everything you would want will definitely be booking again
Could do with hand rail on the steps outside for people with mobility issues

Good value for money - very well equipped, easy parking right outside, great views and spacious.
Would have been top rated but feel very let down by the communication of the owner. Didn't reply to two requests for a cot prior to stay and didn't provide any info about how to enter the property. Arrived late afternoon and called / messaged until resorting to getting in touch with booking.com to try and book alternative accommodation as owners's phone was switched off. Had to drive around looking for somewhere to eat and pay for a meal instead of eating the food we'd brought to cook. After multiple calls booking.com suggested somewhere 30km away, luckily the owner then got in touch to provide the code for the key box. Was offered a £30 gift card in apology but haven't received it. Spending nearly 2 hours on the phone and thinking we had nowhere to stay with 3 young kids was not a great start of the holiday. Owner needs to have a backup option for communicating with guests if unavailable.
