Lovely, clean interiors with 24 x 7 reception, comfortable beds and although there were no windows in the rooms - the black out helps sleep better.
The “can’t check in with another person of the opposite gender if you’re not married”, when I booked - it didn’t show up anywhere

The room had all the basic amenities and working AC and TV.
The additional costs of simple things like a water bottle or baggage storage.

I like the Hotel Room, Cleanliness was very well managed by the hotel.

For people who want to travel for VISA interviews, this place might work. Reception and hotel staff were decent.
Location is very bad, pics on Booking/MMT are AI generated and fake. There are active drains, mechanic shops on either side of the hotel, there's no in room geyser service (need to inform reception 10 minutes in advance), no restaurant service (nothing nearby - need to order online), constant sounds on the ground floor by staff who make a racket cleaning adjacent rooms.
There are trucks always parked just outside and they often load/unload, making even more of a mess right in front of the hotel.
Basically, unless you have a VISA interview and all other hotels are booked, avoid this place. In fact, avoid all Fabhotels in the area. This place becomes a drain like mess during monsoons.
