- Horrible check-in experience. I arrived after midnight and there was only a security guard at the front desk which was not authorised to allow me to in unless I provide the required authorization form.
In fact, I was communicated after completing the booking to share the required details to be ready to check - in but unfortunately, my booking was a last minute booking and I made it before flight takes off, therefore, I wasn't able to see their message until I arrived there.
Moreover, self check-in is available and they mentioned it on the chat but however, they didn't mention any instructions about it and the security as well didn't suggested to do it while I was able to do it just next to the desk (I was able to see that corner but there was no relevant sign or instructions!)!
Luckly, an office admin replied on WhatsApp but the difficulty to check-in continued
- The lobby was full of mosquitoes
