Отличная квартира в самом центре Джовинаццо.Прекрасный ремонт,очень удобное расположение,все в шаговой доступности.

The apartment was clean, had all amenities, was good air conditioning and very relaxing. A home away from home. Rosanna was very welcoming and helpful. Giovinazzo is a perfect place with nice eateries and beach. The apartment is walkable from the train station.
Only thing to be aware of is there are a number of steps to get to the apartment but it's ok once in.

Appartamento molto bello e praticamente nuovo dotato di ogni confort sia a livello di elettrodomestici, wifi, aria condizionata, prodotti per il bagno, colazione, utensili da cucina. Letto comodissimo, infissi di alto livello, così come l'illuminazione, presenti due bellissime porte finestre con persiane blindate. Posizione ottima sia per vivere Giovinazzo, sia per raggiungere le località a nord e a sud di Bari. Dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e fermata autobus praticamente sotto casa. Piccolo terrazzino con vista mare, su vicolo chiuso al traffico, dove poter fare colazione. Non dispone di parcheggio auto privato, ma sono presenti nelle vie adiacenti molti posti auto sia a pagamento che liberi (la maggior parte). In piena estate sarà necessario l'uso della aria condizionata, soprattutto nel soppalco della camera (illuminata da due lucernari), ma funziona benissimo. Proprietaria molto disponibile e premurosa, ci ha sempre supportato nelle scelte quando richiesto (ottima azienda agricola di famiglia dove acquistare olio).
Il bagno al piano inferiore rispetto alla camera può non essere comodissimo, ma per noi non ha rappresentato un problema.

Apartament bardzo wygodny, gustownie urządzony, kompletnie wyposażony, położony w dogodnym miejscu - 3 minuty spaceru do morza, 10 minut do stacji kolejowej. Gospodyni Rosanna bardzo miła i pomocna, czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Giovinazzo? Brakuje słów, aby opisać jak piękne to miejsce. Tę lokalizację wybrałam przez przypadek … był to strzał w 10!
