Room way bigger than average in Seoul. Washing machine in room and little kitchen is very convenient. Good value for money.
This side of Seoul station isn’t a nice are, one of very few corners in Seoul I don’t feel comfortable walking at night (as a female solo traveler). although it’s close to Seoul station walking with bulky luggage is difficult (with light luggage convenient, especially if you want to catch an early KTX or Arex).
